THE HAVEN HARLEY-DAVIDSON RAFFLE — OFFICIAL RULES
Support The Haven’s mission to provide a safe home for women and girls in crisis. Every suggested donation helps us work toward our goal of purchasing a home for The Haven.
PRIZE: One (1) 1998 Harley-Davidson Softail Custom (FXSTC), donated to The Haven by the Zena Family. The motorcycle has approximately 13,890 miles. The motorcycle is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. The Haven makes no representations regarding the motorcycle’s mechanical condition, roadworthiness, registration, title status, or suitability for the winner’s intended use. Winner is responsible for all costs associated with claiming, transporting, registering, titling, insuring, maintaining, repairing, and operating the motorcycle, including any applicable taxes, fees, and expenses.
DONOR: The Haven gratefully acknowledges Charles & Evelyn Zena and the Zena Family for donating this vintage motorcycle in honor and loving memory of Charlie Zena and his love for country.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to eligible participants who meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Haven reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected entrant.
NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY: A purchase, donation, or contribution is not required to enter or win. A suggested donation may be made in support of The Haven’s mission, but making a donation does not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.
DRAWING: One winner will be selected by random drawing on December 2nd, 2026 at 12:00pm ET via our online raffle entry.. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided with the entry. If the selected entrant is determined to be ineligible or cannot be contacted within 48 hours, The Haven may select an alternate winner in accordance with the official raffle rules.
PRIZE CLAIM & TRANSPORTATION: The winner is solely responsible for arranging and paying for pickup or transportation of the motorcycle from 14494 Cortez Blvd. The Haven will not provide delivery, shipping, transportation, storage, fuel, registration, insurance, repairs, or other expenses associated with taking possession of or operating the motorcycle. Winner is responsible for completing all applicable title, registration, insurance, and transfer requirements.
TAXES & FEES: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, registration costs, title-transfer costs, insurance, or other expenses associated with receiving or owning the prize. The Haven may be required to report the prize to tax authorities and/or provide applicable tax documentation.
PROCEEDS: All proceeds from the raffle are intended to support The Haven, a charitable organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and will be used to further The Haven’s charitable mission, including its goal of purchasing a home for women and girls in crisis.
SOURCE OF PRIZE: The motorcycle was donated to The Haven by the Zena Family; no raffle proceeds were used to purchase the motorcycle.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations. The Haven reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the Official Rules or applicable law. The Haven is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries or for technical difficulties beyond its reasonable control.
